Our Print & Apply labelers

A Print & Apply labeler is a printer and labeler all in one. The machine prints the desired coding onto the label and applies the label to the packaging.

The advantage of a Print & Apply system is that you can start the printing and labeling process in one go in your production line.

EME Print & Apply labeler

The EME 4000 PFP is a model with an integrated Thermal Transfer print engine.

A few properties:

The controller is separate from the labeling device

Very easy to program and use

Compact construction

Max. label width 115 or 195 mm, left or right

Includes a Sato or Carl Valentin print engine for thermal transfer or thermo direct printing.

Vulcan Print & Apply labeler

By means of the smart design, with as few components that are subject to wear as possible, maintenance of this machine is kept to a minimum. An additional benefit is that the Vulcan uses the same software as Zodiac and Torus equipment.

A few properties:

Prints while creating the label so that different information can easily be printed for any product.
Different versions are available:
- Direct Apply: If possible the most recommended version.
Very easy to set up and minimum maintenance and faults.
- Tamp Apply
- Front of Product
- Rear Corner
Suitable for short and long production runs
By means of a smart design, with as few components that are subject to wear as possible, maintenance of this machine is kept to a minimum.
Automatic ribbon saving function
The Vulcan adjusts itself automatically, so that the set-up time and loss of labels is kept to a minimum.
