I have a malfunction
We are sorry that your machine is not working properly. Call our technical service on +31 (0)10 415 6400 or send an email to service@automator.nl. We will first see if we can help you over the phone. If not, we will immediately consider when a Service Engineer can visit you on site.

Examination costs
Upon receipt of your machine, we will investigate what is wrong. After examination, we will send you an estimate of the costs. If you do not wish the repair to be carried out, we will charge € 189,00 research costs, ex VAT. If you have the repair carried out, the research costs will not be charged.
