A camera within a vision system is fed an image. An image contains pixels. Using these pixels, the images are processed and can be checked, localized and measured by the software products or codes.
We stock various vision system models. For example, there is the A30 series and the P series, both by Datalogic.
A30 series
The A30 series is a stand-alone, universal and cost-effective Smart Camera. Thanks to the IP67 housing, it can even be set up in heavy industrial environments.
The A30 series comes equipped with a VGA (640x480) CCD imager, built-in I/Os as well as Ethernet and serial interfaces.
The Impact software allows for a large degree of flexibility in the programming.
P series
The P-Series is an ultra-compact, cost-efficient smart camera with advanced machine vision functionalities in a fully-integrated stand-alone device. The P series is available with grey scale or colour CMOS image sensors with two different resolutions: VGA and 1.3MP.
Lenses and illuminators are fully interchangeable and can be installed and replaced by the user.
Five focal lengths and nine lighting options result in 90 different combinations, providing maximum flexibility in installation and making a superior image acquisition possible.
The P series also runs on IMPACT LITE software. This software includes more than 25 inspection tools, making a fast and intuitive configuration possible.
