It will happen to you ...
As a result of a fault, your printer loses all its settings and reverts to the factory settings. Or the wrong configuration is accidentally sent to the printer with the same result: the printer settings have to be reset.
Better safe than sorry
Fortunately this doesn’t often happen. But to avoid you having to reinput all the printer settings manually, we advise you to make a copy of them. It can be done in no time and it saves you a great deal of time when you need it. You will find the settings on your printer under the name of ‘CLARITY-Parameterarchieven'.
Make a parameter archive backup
Compress! If your printer settings have to be reset and you have to do this manually.
Make a backup now and save it to a USB stick so as to make things somewhat easier for yourself later.
Reinstall parameter archive
By reinstalling the saved backup of the parameter archive including your printer settings, you will have your trusted printer settings back in no time!
